We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotions
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities

• Basic reporting and data analysis

Main Tasks:

* Painting work

* Changing bulbs

* Basic plumbing and electrical work

* Troubleshooting and rectifying issues such as ceiling leaks and faulty appliances (e.g., washing machines, microwaves, safes, etc.)

* Carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, handles, hinges, and furniture

* Maintain and repair bathroom fixtures, including faucets, showers, toilets, and drainage systems

* Maintain fire safety systems, such as smoke detectors

Supporting Tasks:

* AC Cleaning Service / Maintenance

Requirements:

* Independent, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

* Physically fit and able to walk frequently, as workload can be heavy during hotel check-out times.
