We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash flows, analyzing financial data, and supporting treasury operations to optimize the organization's liquidity and financial position. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Support cash management and forecasting process.

1. Contribute to the global cash management strategy.

1. Resolve fraudulent payment issues and payment exceptions.

1. Process high-priority payments in a timely and accurate manner via bank websites.

1. Generate reports for supporting teams.

1. Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.

1. Participate in cross-functional Finance projects as necessary.

1. Liaise with other business units to support management in answering their queries.

1. Support and assist in data preparation for audit.

2. Process High priority wire payments – gain confidence in processing wires in banking platforms within turnaround time and before cutoff.

3. Funding different accounts in various bank – Learn the basics of Cash Positioning and get approval from authorized employees to fund accounts. This facilitates payments other business units request to Treasury, immediately due to liquidity availability.

4. Decision-making – Learn the different processes in Treasury as quick as possible to gain confidence in making decisions regarding wire process and checks approval in various banks.

5. On Time Delivery of Daily Cash Report – Learn how to prepare the report working with reporting manager and other members of the team to deliver it accurately and on time daily without fail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism.
• Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.
• Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.
• Coordinate winterization services to protect vacant properties from weather damage during cold seasons.
• Ensure completion of other life safety and preservation measures as needed (e.g., board-up services, plumbing shut-off).
• Track and document all preservation activities for each property.
• Collaborate with asset managers other departments to ensure a smooth transition when properties are ready for listing and sale.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for all REO properties under your purview.

Key Responsibilities

1. REO Closing Coordination

• Manage assigned REO files from pre-closing stage to clear‑to‑close through final settlement completion.
• Coordinate pre-closing and closing timelines with asset managers, buyers, real estate agents, attorneys, and internal title teams.
• Review and validate satisfaction of pre‑closing conditions prior to scheduling closings.
• Ensure adherence to client‑specific REO instructions, deed requirements, and seller authority documentation.
• Schedule closings and ensure all closing logistics are confirmed within defined SLAs.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

      • Perform detailed file level quality checks to ensure compliance with:

• Client closing instructions
• Underwriter requirements
• ALTA Best Practices and internal SOPs

    • Identify defects, discrepancies, or potential risks and escalate issues appropriately.

    •  Support internal audits, client reviews, and compliance assessments by providing documentation and explanations.

    •  Comply with wire fraud prevention controls, data security standards, and record retention requirements.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for pre-closing and close related communications on assigned files.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
• Document communications in accordance with REO communication and documentation standards.

The Information Security Architect will work primarily with the Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) platforms, along with other security tools supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC). The role includes configuring DLP/FIM policies, managing and maintaining the DLP/FIM infrastructure, and performing real‑time monitoring, investigation, analysis, reporting, and escalation of security events.

The Architect will also contribute to creating processes, procedures, and technical documentation, and will support project deliverables as required. The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of firewall and Web Application Firewall (WAF) administration.
