Responsibilities

• Process work pass applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates for all pass types to ensure legal workforce compliance
• Manage insurance renewals and new insurance applications to maintain employee coverage

• Update the company telephone list monthly to maintain accurate contact information
• Update foreign worker addresses to comply with regulatory requirements
• Manage stationery and refreshment supplies to support office operations
• Maintain organized filing systems and handle other HR administrative tasks to support department efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or Higher Nitec in Business Study
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to perform daily administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll software to assist payroll processing (advantageous)

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive payroll and employee database processes while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Support HR operations including training administration, work pass management, and employee payroll inquiries to maintain smooth workforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly full payroll accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
• Create and update employee databases to maintain current workforce records
• Prepare and generate detailed payroll reports for management review
• Provide final salary information for IR21 submissions for foreign employees to comply with tax regulations
• Prepare and submit claims such as NSmen make-up pay and government-paid leave schemes to secure employee benefits
