- To co-ordinate and coresspond with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Consultants
- To co-ordinate, correspond and supervise sub-contractors and project teams
- Attend site meetings
- Prepare, plan work schedule and monitor work progress
- Supervision of construction progress and quality control/checking
- Prepare monthly progress reports and Progress Claims
- Supervise all structural and civil works
- Liaise with clients' consultants, RE and related personnel
- Maintain and monitor quality Control
- Ensure workers maintain a clean, safe and orderly construction sites at all times
- Prepare closing Inspection Reports for all completed construction
- Establish Inventory Control methods and procedures to ensure availability of resources
- Other Site Administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
