-Manage and administer charter parties throughout the fixture, including delivery, redelivery, hire settlement, bunkers, and demurrage/despatch.

-Coordinate with owners, charterers, brokers, agents, and vessel masters to ensure smooth operational and contractual performance.

-Prepare, review, and verify operational and commercial documents, including Statements of Account, laytime calculations, bunker ROB statements, and hire invoices.

-Handle operational issues and commercial claims, liaising with P&I Clubs, surveyors, and legal advisers when required.

-Provide commercial analysis and market updates to management, including freight levels, vessel availability, and chartering opportunities.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive with strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in the shipping or import/export industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Microsoft Excel
• Handle documentation related to shipping, import, and export processes
• Verify and update shipment details, invoices, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for data accuracy
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, etc.)
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export companies preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Experience using logistics or ERP systems
