• Review new customer requirements and technical drawings
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipment bookings
• Monitor customer outstanding orders to prevent overdue deliveries
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions
• Support sales & marketing activities and coordination tasks
• Perform general administrative duties related to sales operations

Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma above
• 1–2 years of experience in admin, shipping, or sales coordination (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic understanding of documentation and coordination process
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

• Calculate charges based on tariff, depot receipts, and LOLO costs
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots for accurate cost tracking

• Ensure proper documentation and supporting attachments for invoicing
• Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm job accuracy before billing
• Email e-invoices or manual invoices as per customer requirements

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations (preferably in container trucking)
• Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, SAP and transport billing
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems

• Transport workers, materials, and equipment to various construction sites safely and efficiently
• Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely site operations
• Assist in site logistics coordination, including loading/unloading of materials
