About your role:

The role and responsibility of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) is to provide Airbus Helicopters (AH) worldwide customers with Technical Assistance for their helicopter fleets.

The LAME are mechanical: B1.3 and avionic: B2 specialists type rated on Airbus Helicopters products preferably on H225.

The LAME holds an European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 66 license in order to provide technical support as follows:

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years (Junior)/ 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting / BusinessProcess Re-engineering / ICT Consulting/ Process/ Operational Excellence Innovation/ Business/ System Consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge on ERP, logistics systems is essential
• Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT System development project
• Working experience in manufacturing or deep understanding in manufacturing industry
• Technical skills in data analysis or B.I.(Business Intelligence) implementation
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools
• Worked in project team responsible for digital application development
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or similar is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred

• Define and manage vehicle configurations across multiple product variants

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical and automotive systems

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineering

• Perform simulations and engineering analyses (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate and enhance designs

• Develop prototypes and mock-ups to evaluate performance and refine solutions

• Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights to stakeholders

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, testing results, and compliance with contractual and regulatory standards

• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and resolve design-related challenges
