Operations Director | Up till $12000 basic + $100 mobile allowance + VB + AWS

• Working location: Chin Bee Dr

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsible

• Lead and actively oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and high- quality delivery of goods and services

• Take full ownership and accountability for operational outcomes, service levels, and nteam performance

• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and smarter ndecision-making

• Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets, balancing cost efficiency with quality

• Build, mentor, and groom a strong operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high standards

• Continuously elevate team capability and performance through coaching and clear expectations

• Champion workplace safety, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices

• Drive a customer-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service

What we are looking for

• At least 15 years of relevant experience Food Service Industry, culinary industry, FMCG Industry, Coldroom Industry or Food Manufacturing Industry

• Strong experience in Operations Management, supply chain, and operational improvement
