Job Summary

You will support daily operations by safely driving company vehicles to transport goods or personnel and performing basic carpentry and installation tasks to maintain and improve facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods or personnel according to daily schedules
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance needs
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing fixtures to support operational needs
• Carry out installation work following specifications to maintain or improve company facilities
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure readiness for carpentry and installation tasks
• Coordinate with team members to schedule transportation and carpentry tasks to meet operational deadlines

As part of a major railway electrification project, we are looking for a Power Supply Design Engineer to support the design and engineering of power supply and distribution systems.

You will be involved in:

• Designing power supply systems (HV/MV/LV and traction systems)
• Performing electrical calculations, simulations, and technical studies
• Preparing technical documentation (single line diagrams, specifications, reports)
• Reviewing and validating suppliers’ designs and technical documents
• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers)
• Managing technical interfaces with other subsystems (SCADA, signaling, communication, trackwork, etc.)
• Supporting construction documentation (cable lists, diagrams, connection schedules)
• Participating in as-built documentation

You will also contribute to system engineering activities such as requirement management, configuration management, and EMC studies.

Job Description

• Design fit‑for‑purpose supply chain models for each fresh category to support availability, turnover and waste‑reduction goals.
• Build an integrated planning framework connecting forecasting, S&OP and replenishment processes.
• Lead demand forecasting and order planning to balance in‑stock performance with efficient inventory turns.
• Optimise inventory through analysis of slow‑moving SKUs, dynamic safety stock setting and seasonal adjustments.
• Implement targeted waste‑reduction strategies for high‑risk categories such as produce, seafood and dairy.
• Standardise and automate ordering, replenishment and upstream planning workflows.
• Strengthen supplier‑capacity alignment and collaboration to support demand variability.
• Lead, coach and develop planning teams across Produce, Meat & Seafood, Dairy and Frozen categories.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or demand/supply planning functions.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑category teams across diverse sales channels.
• Strong expertise in fresh‑category inventory optimisation and waste‑reduction strategies.
• Solid background in building S&OP, forecasting and replenishment frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong category knowledge, including shelf‑life management, seasonal planning and product‑specific handling.
• Agile, resilient and capable of operating effectively in fast‑moving environments.
