Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, custom agent, or other similar industry.
• Candidate that have strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good problem solving soft skill and initiative in work.
• Willing to travel & meet customers/suppliers.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain & strengthen relations with existing / potential customers.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.
• Handle shipping documents such as BL/AWB.
• Promote the Company's Logistics Services and solutions to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines etc to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

• 與內部和外部利害關係人（包括客戶、運輸公司、貨運代理、船公司等）密切合作，以確保順利完成貨物運輸。
• 履行管理層不時分配的其他職責。
