Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

• Technical Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of continental cars, with a heavy emphasis on BMW and Porsche models.

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive workshop environment.

• Expertise: Deep familiarity with BMW ISTA/IDED, Porsche PIWIS diagnostic systems, and specialized tools. Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical automotive systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills, strong conflict-resolution abilities, and a proven track record of strengthening team dynamics.

• Communication: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with the team and occasionally assist with high-level customer technical consultations.

The Supply Chain Manager's responsible is:

• Lead and oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse functions
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and SOPs to support business objectives and operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics
• Lead and develop Procurement and Warehouse teams, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory planning to minimize excess stock and material wastage
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supplier base
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and operational best practices
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational and business requirements

Job Requirements:

Supply Chain Manager (End to End Process) | Up till $7000 basic + Variable Bonus

• Working days: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Working location: Yishun 

Responsible

• Lead and manage the Procurement and Logistics teams (approximately 30 employees).

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.

• Develop and implement supply chain planning and forecasting strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.

• Analyze supply chain performance and prepare management reports using KPIs.

• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments to support business objectives and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a management position.

• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ individuals, preferably across supply chain functions.

Job Summary
1.1 Physical logistic tasks of receiving, warehouse and shipping.
1.2 Interact with cross functional team within Plant and Bosch.
1.3 Interact with external parties – Logistics Service Providers, Liners etc.
1.4 Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

Job Scope
2.1 Responsible for the physical logistic tasks of receiving, warehousing, and shipping to ensure the quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
2.2 Responsible for the accuracy of inventory with physical counts and reconciliation
2.3 Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
2.4 Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
2.5 Manage overall LOM performance results with coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
2.6 Achieve financial objectives and prepare annual budget, expenditures, analyze variances and corrective actions.
2.7 Lead and participate actively in Bosch Production System (BPS) related activities.
2.8 Support and prepare management reporting as and when necessary.
2.9 Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
