Job Description:

• Conduct feasibility studies of prospective projects to evaluate profitability and sustainability of production operations
• Design manufacturing plans for machining, forming, joining and other relevant processes based on project requirements
• Determine additional infrastructure requirements to support manufacturing and production requirements
• Oversee production timelines against production status reports
• Approve production strategies proposed by team members after evaluating budgets and resources
• Verify feasibility of design specifications for equipment installation locations and set-ups
• Review vibration analysis, thermal analysis and other performance test results to confirm installation techniques
• Strategise appropriate launching methods for ships
• Verify acceptability of ballast tank conditions prior to launch
• Produce keel laying plan for launch
• Take stock of individual machinery, equipment and system status on board ships and/or rigs prior to launch
• Prepare emergency response procedures for launch failures
• Verify commissioning requirements proposed by team members
• Review commissioning test results
• Manage a team of production engineers
• Evaluate results from market research and propose implementation of best practices in manufacturing
• Design equipment coding standards for organisation in liaison with quality department
• Approve deployment of new technologies for relevant manufacturing processes after evaluating budgets and skills on hand
• Manage department's compliance to risk management framework policies and processes
• Analyse viability of workplace improvements and change management initiatives

Requirement:

• Experience in ship repair / marine industry with team management experience.

• Relevant Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Marine-related field preferred.

• Familiar with safety and compliance procedures in shipyard operations.

Responsibilities

• In charge of generate financial models for pricing, perform sensitivity and stress analysis and debt financing schedules. 
• Responsible in financial models also for business plans and cashflow forecasting
• In charge of assisting to prepare proposals, terms sheets and letters of intent for aircraft lease and acquisition transactions
• Responsible in analysing transaction opportunities and make recommendations to the management team
• In charge of assisting to prepare financial analysis of proposals and summarise deal terms for management decision making
• Responsible in managing all phases of the aircraft leasing renewal, purchase, sale andtransition transactions to ensure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
• Coordinates with legal, finance, sales and technical teams on transaction management
• Participatesin lease, sale and purchase negotiations
• Supportsthe transaction lawyers in documentation and closing for aircrafacquisition, lease and sale transactions
• In charge of assisting to provide documentation to lease management team to file and update lease management system
• Prepares information for management reporting on lease function as required
• Other support duties or assignments as required

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Engineering / Finance / Accounting or related disciplines. 
• Min 5 years’ experience in aviation leasing industry or M&A advisory services
• Proficiency and relevant experience in financial modelling is an advantage
