Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Supply Chain Manager to support the Supply Chain Manager in managing end-to-end supply chain activities for oil & gas EPC projects. The role focuses on procurement coordination, logistics planning, vendor management, and expediting activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment in compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain Manager in planning and executing procurement and logistics strategies for EPC projects.

• Coordinate purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics, and delivery activities to meet project schedules.

• Manage vendor communications, clarifications, and documentation in coordination with engineering and project teams.

• Monitor procurement status, material delivery schedules, and logistics plans, highlighting risks and mitigation actions.

• Support commercial and technical bid evaluations in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, inspectors, and warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and delivery of materials.

• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual terms, and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within oil & gas or EPC projects.

• Strong understanding of EPC procurement processes, logistics, and vendor management.

• Experience coordinating with engineering, project management, and construction teams.

• Good negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under tight project schedules and manage multiple priorities.
