• Normal timing : Monday - Friday 7.30am – 4.45pm
• Location: Tuas South

Job Scope:

• Offloading materials and goods from incoming vehicles and arranging them in designated areas
• Locating and transferring product stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipping
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transporting raw materials to production workstations
• Inspecting machinery to assess repair needs and ensuring safety through regular maintenance
• Adhering to company policies and legal guidelines
• Assisting in maintaining a safe and organized facility environment
• Rearranging final picked and unloaded goods to optimize limited space and neatly segregate products

Job Scopes:

• Prepare and propose air freight quotations and solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Coordinate with airlines on freight rates, space availability, and booking arrangements
• Communicate with customers regarding export shipment instructions and booking updates
• Liaise with external vendors such as DG specialists, fumigation providers, and marine insurance companies
• Prepare job sheets and hand over shipment details to the Operations team for execution
• Monitor shipment status and ensure successful uplift and delivery schedules
• Perform job costing and ensure accuracy of shipment-related charges
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues or operational challenges when they arise
