To fetch workers from the dormitory to work sites in the morning daily

• To fetch workers from work sites to the dormitory at the end of the day.

• Deliver documents/materials/equipment to site

. Must work on PH and Sunday

• Maintaining accurate log and vehicle record

• Perform regular maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning the interior and exterior

• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

• Able to work flexible hours

• Self-disciplined, responsible, punctual, and reliable.

• Possess a Class 3 and Class 4 Driving license with a good track record

• Must be familiar with Singapore roads

• Willing to work OT.

Assisting with pick up & drop off workers daily

-Perform transportation duties as instructed by the supervisor and carry out duties

-Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to various destinations

-Responsible for daily inspection of lorry

-Maintaining the general cleanliness of the vehicle

-To assist the Manager in coordinating the daily operational duties

-Obey Rules & Regulations in the dormitory/work site

-Ensure health and safety in the dormitory and sites

-Ensure dormitory and site conditions and lodging records are according to MOM requirement

-To coordinate staff deployment when necessary

-To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly

-Ensure that equipment is in good working conditions

- To help in simple work such as cleaning

-Able to work independently with an attitude

-Have good communication & interpersonal skills

-Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps

-Safe driving manner at all times and adhering to the traffic Rules & Regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act

-Positive work attitude and working well in a team

-Willing to work long hours, night work, overtime, and Sunday/PH work if required

Job Description

1) Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods

2) To perform driving duties

3) Offering our clients professional and good services

4) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

5) To manage the mover team and lead them to achieve optimization of the trucking orders

6) Coordinate moving jobs and make sure delivery is on time

7) Assist in loading goods onto the lorry and placing them in proper locations.

8) Stack boxes in an upright manner to ensure safety during transport.

9) Make sure that all paperwork accompanying goods is complete.

10) Drive lorry on preset routes using navigations systems such as the GPS.

11) Maintain knowledge of local and interstate routes.

12) Perform preventative and regular maintenance on lorries and ensure that vehicle fluid is sufficient.

13) Store lorry cleaning and maintenance equipment and tools in a safe place.

Job Requirements

• Some furniture moving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to consistently lift/carry/move 75-100 lbs. throughout the day, up and down stairs, in and out of truck.
• Experience loading, strapping and protecting merchandise before loading onto trucks.
• Experience offloading trucks with care of merchandise.
• Excellent customer service, great communication skills and enjoy working with people.
• Clean driving record is required!
• Must present a current MVR (at least 3 days old).
• Priorexperience driving delivery/box truck preferred.
