About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Provide real-time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.

• Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.

• Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Fleet Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accident-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing support to drivers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update daily accident entries in the FSMS system

• Maintain, verify, and process accident policy excess, imposition, refunds, and concessions

• Manage mandated accident cases received via email requests.

• Address drivers’ enquiries, disputes, grievances, and appeals through phone, walk-ins, and email communication.

• Send claims procedures for CMS tasks and notify insurers of injury details.

• Provide accident particulars to external parties such as 3rd party lawyers and Traffic Police.

• Respond to Fleet Safety email queries from workshops, insurers, lawyers, Traffic Police, and drivers.

• Verify temporary taxi records on third-party claims / generate rental letters.

• Organize, rename, and securely upload taxi video files to AWS

• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including LTA QOS, budgeting, finance, vendor, and motor claims issues.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of motor insurance principles, claims handling, and policy terminology

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise professionally with drivers, insurers, and external parties

• Strong team player with a collaborative, service‑oriented approach

• Proficient with MS Office

• Attention to detail

• Diploma or certification in insurance or a related field preferred.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 license is an advantage.

1. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for companies.

2. Assist the finance manager in guiding the finance team and providing sound accounting knowledge

3. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries

4. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions

5. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing

6. Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit

7. Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing needs and placement of excess cash with holding company.

8. Provide quality finance support services to the business stakeholders of the Group

9. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and effective manner.

10. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager and Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably with audit experience with Big 4

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details

• Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
• Logistic support of training operations
• Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
• Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
• Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
• Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
