End of Contract Staff:
• Counselling staff on off-boarding matters especially for those who still wish to continue employment but not offered employment by institution
• Working with institution to manage the off-boarding due to request from staff to end employment with varying dates (e.g. end earlier to save rental cost)
• Addressing staff enquires and varying request for the air ticket arrangements, working with recruitment agent for quotation for air ticket and managing logistics for repatriation
Transfer Staff:
• Extensive administrative work with provision of P-files, leave records, claims utilisation, salary and contract information for transfer staff
• Incomplete and wrong leave submission by staff which require extensive effort to reconcile before processing leave encashment
• Manual work related claims submission requiring multiple follow up and verification due to high volume of transfer
• Verifying and resolving housing issues, as unauthorised tenancy will affectpass issuance and delay transfer
• Working with institution HR to ensure that staff who are nearing the 2 years contract are transferred before the pass expires
• Increase mid-month transfer which requires manual matching of roster due to absence of work schedule system to ensure accurate salary computation
