Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ex-Ministry of Education (MOE) Math Teacher who can translate school-based teaching experience into an engaging enrichment environment.

This role is ideal for educators who:

• Work with smaller class sizes
• Focus in student improvement and confidence building
• Making learning interactive and enjoyable

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Development:

• Conduct New Mental Math and School Math lessons aligned with MOE Syllabus
• Adapt teaching method to suit different learning abilities
• Simplify complex concepts for weaker students while challenging stronger learner
• Monitor and track student progress regularly
• Assisting in Developing and Maintaining Teaching Materials

Classroom Experience (Enrichment Style):

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons (not lecture-based)
• Incorporate activities, questioning techniques and pacing to maintain attention
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment

Parent Communication:

• Provide regular updates on student progress
• Handle parent enquires professionally and confidently
• Build Strong trust and rapport with parents
• Comfortable interacting with parents

Curriculum & Centre Contribution:

• Follow and refine Centre’s lesson plans and teaching framework
• Contribute to worksheets, assessment and teaching materials
• Support Centre events

 Experienced:

• Experienced in teaching Primary Math in an MOE school or enrichment setting
• Familiar with the Singapore primary school Math syllabus preferred
• Excellence classroom management and Communication Skills

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder and above or equivalent
• MOE-trained teachers or individuals with strong subject expertise are highly valued
• Well-versed with the latest MOE Math Syllabus and PSLE requirement
• Familiarity with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems
• 3 to 4 years of teaching experience either in Primary School or Enrichment Centre
• Strong passion towards teaching and nurturing students
• Able to start work immediately (an added advantage)
• Selected candidates will be required to attend lesson observations and co-teaching sessions for training purposes
• Willing to travel to other branches when required
• Singaporeans and Singapore PR only

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 + Performance Bonuses

Working Days and Hours:

• 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
• Weekdays – 12.30pm – 9.30pm
• Weekends – 9:00am – 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate, and optimize treatment and handling processes for existing, new, and unknown waste streams, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
2. Design and implement resource recovery processes from waste streams to enhance sustainability and value creation.
3. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand waste sources, identify treatment and recovery opportunities, support commercialization, and execute pilot trials.
4. Identify, assess, and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external partners (universities, research institutes, and technology providers).
5. Establish and continuously improve laboratory capabilities, including process development and analytical methods to support R&D activities.
6. Drive continuous improvement of existing operations through process optimization and introduction of alternative treatment methods.
7. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation standards, and all safety, health, and environmental requirements; maintain proper laboratory housekeeping.
8. Support evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams.
9. Contribute to new business development, including identifying opportunities, supporting new projects, and participating in facility planning and operations.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and proactively introduce relevant innovations into the company.

Requirements:

• Ph. D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience    in the area of specialty chemical manufacturing/applications, oil & gas or water treatment industry
• Result-oriented, able to achieve targets through individual hard work and team work
• Good analytical abilities and communication skills
• Role requires accurate colour differentiation for monitoring chemical reactions and product quality

Remuneration Package

• Basic: S$5,000 to S$5,500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate possess own vehicle to work
• Sign-on Bonus (Terms and Conditions apply)

Primary Science Tutor 

Location: 1187 Upper Serangoon Rd, The Midtown, Singapore 533971
Working days & Time: 4 weekdays (Mon-Thu 12PM-9PM) + 1 weekend (Sun 9AM-6PM)
Salary: $3000 - $4500 (depends to experiences)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach small group classes (6–12 students) using our in-house curriculum
• Provide academic guidance and regular progress updates to parents
• Offer support to students who need additional help
• Collaborate on lesson content updates and curriculum improvements
• Participate in planning and delivering holiday programmes

Requirements: 

• Have past experience in teaching Science
• Understanding in MOE primary / secondary school syllabus for your Science.
• Degree Holder (Science Degree Chemistry/Life Science/ Engineering / Teaching)
