Joining the Fuller Impact team, you will be part of the pioneer team and play a key role in increasing the access to sustainability and ESG regionally. You will help design and implement sustainability and ESG strategies while contributing to Fuller Impact’s growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sustainability & ESG Research

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, global frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB), and relevant regulations to support Fuller Impact’s programmes and strategic initiatives.

2. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Benchmark sustainability tools, platforms, and services to identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation pathways aligned with Fuller Impact’s mission.

3. User & Stakeholder Research Support

• Assist in developing and analysing surveys, interviews, and user feedback for programme design and strategic decision-making.

4. Data & Framework Mapping

• Support the organisation and alignment of ESG indicators, metrics, and categories with recognised sustainability standards.

5. Content & Knowledge Development

• Contribute to the creation of knowledge assets such as glossaries, toolkits, guidance documents, training materials, and communication content.

6. Policy & Market Monitoring

• Track sustainability-related policy updates and market developments across regions, summarising insights for internal use.

7. Documentation & Presentation Support

• Assist in preparing internal briefs, research summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and project partners.

8. Stakeholder Engagement

• Support relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.

9. Special Projects

• Support ad hoc initiatives across Fuller Academy and Fuller Solutions, including research, content development, and strategic innovation.

Requirements

● A final year student or recent graduate with a passion for sustainability and research.

● Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

• Conduct bench scale extraction and purification experiments as a feasibility check before pilot testing

We are seeking an intern to support the review and validation of mathematics questions on a digital learning platform aligned with the Singapore Mathematics syllabus.

The role involves reviewing large banks of mathematics questions to ensure mathematical accuracy, clarity of reasoning, and alignment with curriculum expectations. The intern will work closely with the content team to maintain high standards of quality across the platform.

This position is well suited for individuals with strong mathematical ability who enjoy analysing problems carefully and ensuring precision in mathematical work.

Understanding and use of AI in this process will be an integral part of where training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Content Quality Review

• Review large banks of mathematics questions across topics such as algebra, sequences, statistics, and exponential equations.

• Verify that answers are mathematically correct.

• Check that solutions and rationales follow sound mathematical reasoning.

Syllabus Alignment

• Ensure questions are aligned with the Singapore Mathematics syllabus for the appropriate level.

• Identify questions that are misaligned, ambiguous, or conceptually unclear.

Mathematical Notation

• Review mathematical notation to ensure expressions and equations are presented accurately and consistently, in accordance with standard mathematical conventions.

Explanation and Clarity

• Review explanations to ensure they are clear and logically structured for students.

• Identify explanations that may lead to common misconceptions or misunderstandings.

Quality Assurance

• Identify and flag issues such as:

• incorrect answers

• unclear wording

• misleading distractors

• inconsistencies in reasoning or explanation
