Oversee daily sales operations involving various product categories.

Monitor and drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Role purpose

Programme-level Business Analyst supporting the Control Tower with requirements management, governance artefacts, gap analysis and traceability across the workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, document and traceability-manage requirements from Customer across all work streams.
• Author and maintain governance artefacts — Terms of Reference, RACI, gate-review decks, programme glossary.
• Support workstream BAs with consistency, templates and quality assurance.

Required experience and qualifications

• Banking or finance experience.
