Your leadership will drive sales growth while fostering excellent team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the sales team focused on beauty salon products, particularly hairdryers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to the sales team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Track sales performance metrics and analytics to ensure targets are met and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Establish relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals to understand their needs and promote BIOTA products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to beauty salon products.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Experience in the beauty product industry, specifically with hair care or salon equipment, is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and clients.
