• To create CNC Program and cutting tool selections to achieve ultimate cycle time and process capabilities

• Develop process sheet and process inspection checklist

• Control of CNC Program and tool-list. Includes machine set-up and cycle time

• Maintain Engineering document per AS9100 quality requirements

• Manage New Product Introduction and First Article machining

• Process trouble shooting and CA which related to technical issues. Furnish with documented CNC Program, tool-list control

JOB REQUIREMENT:

The Assistant Engineer (Quality), leads daily quality control operations, ensuring precision, compliance and efficiency across production processes. Responsibilities include developing and refining inspection methods, programming and optimizing CMM and vision systems, defining acceptance criteria and verifying First Articles and production parts. The role also supports measurement traceability, automation workflows and documentation to maintain full AS9100 compliance, while preparing customer quality reports and assisting in both internal and external audits. In addition to these leadership and technical duties, the role involves hands-on operation and calibration of measuring equipment during daily quality activities to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Production and Procurement to ensure orders are scheduled, manufactured and delivered on time.
• Monitor order progress, follow up on delivery status, and update customers promptly on changes or delays.
• Handle RFQs by gathering material, pricing, and lead-time information for accurate quotation preparation.
• Prepare and track quotations, maintain records of inquiries, orders and pricing updates.
• Support existing customer accounts with day-to-day coordination and communication.
• Liaise across departments (Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution.

Education and Experiences
