About the role/job

The role is primarily office based where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to the overall business operations and sales activities. The role is challenging as you will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from generating documents to attending to customers requests. The job would suite a matured outgoing person who enjoys a highly diverse work environment, can easily handle a wide range of customers and suppliers.

Job Description:

· Sales Generation: Contribute to the team revenue in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.

· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Proposal and Quotation Preparation: create sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Specialist (B2B) to join our sales team.
