Since starting operations in Singapore in 2010, our Asia office has been expanding its customer base across regional markets. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join us as an Internal Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge of our full product portfolio
Undergo structured internal training to become an internal sales specialist
Provide guidance and technical information for internal order processing
Ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the entire order lifecycle
Seek, evaluate, and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Respond promptly to email enquiries
Support customers effectively, including after-office-hour assistance when required
Requirements
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering
Ladies and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
1–2 years of experience in the marine industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fast response time and strong sense of responsibility
Young, dynamic, and highly motivated team player
Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
