Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Corporate IT Executive to join our client's in-house IT team. The successful hire will be manage and support their core IT infrastructure while delivering reliable, responsive end-user support. This role is ideal for a technically versatile professional who enjoys working across systems, networks, and user-facing technologies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-2nd level of support for user technical issues or IT incidents.
• Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system.
• Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
• Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.
• Manage day-to-day operations and provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
• Administration experience with next-generation endpoint security solutions.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Liaising with vendors for IT procurement.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding process.
• Manage website maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for IT projects implementation and execution when assigned.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimally 2-3 years of working experience in IT support and system administration/ system engineering
• Exposure to corporate/ enterprise IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on and can-do attitude. Willing to learn and think out-of-the-box.
• Good communication skills, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
