The Opportunity

Sales Manager – Data Centre to lead business development and sales growth across the data centre segment.

This role is responsible for driving new opportunities, managing key accounts, and converting project pipelines into profitable orders through both direct and channel sales.

You will act as a data centre segment expert, working closely with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal regional and global teams.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the data centre business across the region

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of data centre projects, progressing opportunities from early engagement through to order conversion

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at multiple levels

• Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to support deal strategy, pricing, and solution positioning

• Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure effective market coverage and successful project execution

• Provide guidance on pricing, quotations, and commercial strategy for data centre projects

• Track sales activities, forecasts, and project pipelines accurately within CRM systems

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and data centre forums

• Act as a subject-matter expert on data centre power solutions, industry standards, and on-site power system design

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience within power generation, electrical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments

• Understanding of power generation, UPS, and critical power solutions

Senior Safety Officer / Safety Manager to support and drive HSE initiatives . The role will work closely with the Project Director, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and to promote a strong safety culture onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HSE performance, ensuring alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly site safety inspections; follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes.
• Drive safety campaigns, toolbox meetings, induction training, and safety awareness programmes.
• Prepare and submit safety documents, audit reports, incident reports, and MOM-related submissions.
• Respond to incidents/near-misses and lead investigations with project teams.
• Work closely with consultants, client representatives, and authorities during safety audits and inspections.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support continual improvement initiatives and champion proactive HSE practices on-site.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or relevant engineering discipline.
• Valid WSHO, RM, and other relevant certifications.
• At least 10 years of safety experience in the construction industry

You as a Corporate HSE Manager will lead lead and drive our organisation’s health, safety, and environmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s corporate HSE strategy, policies, and frameworks across all building projects
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) guidelines
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project HSE teams, ensuring consistent safety practices across all sites
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across project sites and corporate functions
• Drive incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
• Lead company-wide safety campaigns, training programs, and initiatives to foster a strong safety culture

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related discipline
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of HSE experience in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, risk management, and safety systems
• Proven track record in driving safety culture transformation and achieving strong safety performance
• Experience in ISO certification and audit processes

• Familiarity with digital HSE systems, reporting tools, and analytics
