Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for new client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger-event reviews involvinghigh-risk individual and corporate clients, including Trusts, Funds, VCCs, SWIFT RMA, and Correspondent Banking relationships.
• Review client documentation to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, sanctions requirements, FATCA, CRS, and the Bank's internal KYC policies and procedures.
• Identify potential AML/CFT risks, suspicious activities, and unusual transaction patterns, and escalate findings in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Provide KYC/CDD advisory support to Business Units and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve due diligence and compliance-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain AML/KYC reports, review trackers, management reports, and compliance records.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance reporting by providing documentation, data, and analysis as required.
• Conduct KYC/CDD awareness sessions and stay updated on regulatory developments, financial crime typologies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing AML/KYC and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within financial services, including at least 2 years of AML/KYC/CDD compliance experience.
• Strong experience handling high-risk and complex client structures, including corporate entities, Trusts, Funds, VCCs, Correspondent Banking, and SWIFT RMA reviews.
• Good understanding of MAS Notice 626, AML/CFT regulations, sanctions compliance, and FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• ACAMS or ICA certification is advantageous.

Job Summary

A Quality Control Executive inspects, tests, and samples materials and products to detect defects and deviations from specifications. You will monitor production operations, review documentation, and recommend corrective actions to ensure product safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, parts, and products on the production floor and in the warehouse to identify defects and deviations from specifications
• Conduct incoming inspections and accurately record inspection results for traceability
• Assist the Quality Team with daily inspection activities, including monitoring temperature and humidity controls to maintain product integrity
• Review and verify production documentation such as batch records to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain product quality
• Monitor production quality by recording inspection and test results, identifying trends, and recommending process adjustments to prevent defects
• Communicate inspection findings clearly and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related disciplines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork

Job Description & Requirements

• Able to operate CNC CMM machines; minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and QC measuring equipment such as height gauge, SmartScope, vernier caliper, etc.
• Computer literate and able to prepare QC reports and handle NCR (Non-Conformance Report).
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, including tolerance, surface treatment, heat treatment, etc.
• Basic understanding of machining processes.

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of strong hands‑on experience with quality engineering within agile, product-centric environments, working closely with developers, BAs, and architects.

• Proven ability to define and implement automation strategies across complex systems (web, mobile, API, integrations).

• Hands-on experience with modern test frameworks and CI/CD integration.

• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Experience testing AI/ML or automation solutions, with awareness of challenges such as non-determinism, data dependency, and model evaluation.

• Familiarity with performance, security, and resilience testing approaches.

• Experience working in large-scale or public sector programmes is a plus.
