JOB REQUIREMENTS :-

• Degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Economics/ Banking/ Law/ Engineering from a recognized university or tertiary institution;
• At least 1-3 years relevant working experience in the area of AML/CFT, compliance, internal audit or risk management in financial services industries;
• Broad knowledge of business, products and operations of the financial services industries (either banks, insurance and capital market firms), familiar with AML/CFT regulatory requirements and international standards;
• AML specialist certification with a recognized institution/association will be an advantage;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to handle difficult situations, adaptable to fast-pace environment and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;

Job Responsibilities

To support the inspection team during Turnaround (TA) byproviding Quality Assurance oversight for mechanical repair execution—ensuringrepairs, cleaning, and reinstatement for static equipment are performedcorrectly, on time, and without rework.

1. QA Oversight for Mechanical & Repair Activities

Act as QA checker for repair and mechanical teams.
Verify compliance with Aster’s repair specifications, ITPs, and code requirements.
Oversee activities such as:

• Exchanger bundle cleaning (e.g., water jetting), inspection, testing and repairs
• Welding repairs
• Surface preparation ready for NDE
• Component replacement
• Reassembly

2. Expediting & Schedule Support

• Track progress of repair activities to ensure alignment with TA schedule.

3. Interface with Inspectors & Contractors

• Support inspectors by coordinating mechanical readiness for inspections.

4. Quality Control & Documentation

• Confirm that repair records, checklists, and EQCC documents are completed correctly.
• Maintain traceability for exchanger repairs, part replacement, and welding documentation.

5. HSSE & Field Compliance

Position summary

Act as a technical expert in healthcare quality and regulatory analytics. • Perform biochemistry, analytical and raw material of in-process and marketed products for lot release in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
• Responsible for housekeeping duties in the lab
• Perform Quality Tag Out for laboratory equipments such as freezer, water bath and etc.
• Support laboratory operations including but not limited to method transfer, equipment qualification, calibration, cleaning and maintenance, purchase and receipt of reagents and consumables, waste management, reagent and media preparation, critical reagent management and document management.
• Review lot release data, identify testing discrepancies and participate in laboratory investigations.
• Participate in inspection and ensure that the laboratory and documents are in a constant state of regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• To assist in writing SOP documents, Change plan or change records (document revisions) supporting continuous improvement of test procedures and assay sheet design.
• To carry out completion and review of GMP Documentation of data sheets or LIMS software.

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific degree
• At least 1-3 years relevant experience depending on qualification, preferably in the bio-pharmaceutical / Pharmaceutical industry
