JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Attend to customer complaint and feedback to complaint.

2. Follow up on corrective and preventive action taken.

3. Schedule subcontract audit and follow up with subcontractor on quality issues.

4. Conduct monthly quality meeting and inter department meeting.

5. Approve testing lot.

6. Liaise with customer.

7. Evaluate & acknowledge certification (calibration).

8. Monitoring 6S/kaizen activity.

9. Approval for job output and target.

10. Filing/documentation/purchasing.

11. Monitoring QA activity and support subordinate work load when required. 12 Conduct training (to relevant staff) when required.

13. Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health policy is implemented and maintaned in good condition.

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• In-charge of Document Control Center (DCC)- ensuring changes in manual, procedures and forms all well updated and distributed & proper upkeep the ISO documents according to retention periods.
• Respond to customer complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan between project management, Production & Warehouse and customer.
• Review and support of sample Inspection and perform QA job periodically to ensure good quality control.
• Perform analysis on products and identify root cause, suggest solutions, investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify key KPIs for product quality.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Management.
• Attend to ad-hoc task and be a team player.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC role
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels and proactive.
• Good attendance, willingness to learn, meticulous, diligent, honest and self-discipline.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

What you'll be doing

• To assist the QA Manager to investigate the root cause of non-conformity in in-coming materials, in-process products and finished products.
• To assist the QA Manager to investigate consumer complaint.

• To ensure laboratory equipment are calibrated in accordance to the calibration schedule.
• To assist the QA Manager to evaluate the suitability of raw and packaging material sample from supplier.
• To report any non-conformity in in-comings, in-process products and finished products to QA Manager.
• To participate in internal quality and food safety audits programmes.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
• Any other tasks given from time to time by the QA Manager.

Responsibilities:-

• Process quality control, incoming material quality control, daily inspection process handling, etc.
• Closely monitoring production processes and documenting their findings to ensure that mistakes are properly logged.
• Responsible for the quality supervision of incoming materials, in-process and finished products, abnormal handling and monthly statistics of poor quality
• Responsible for all finished product measurement, semi-finished product inspection, and defective product re-inspection
• Responsible for the feedback and tracking of defective products.
• Ability to consistently identify mistakes across of inspections

Qualification:-

• Bachelor degree or above in machinery, engineering and automation or related majors, able to communicate in English
• At least 2 years or more in a quality control
• Be familiar with production process and quality standards, exceptions handling, analytical skills, understand drawings, proficient in Office software
• Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, good logical judgment, communication and coordination skills and high teamwork spirit

Job Responsibilities

• Perform CMM inspection using FARO / Hexagon Portable Arm.
• Read and interpret 3D CAD data and engineering drawings.
• Analyze measurement accuracy trends and perform simple modification/tuning on jigs when required.
• Conduct dimensional inspection and reporting for parts and assemblies.
• Ensure inspection results comply with customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities related to jigs & fixtures.

Job Requirements

• Experience in using FARO / Hexagon Portable Arm CMM.

• Business Process Compliance: Work with stakeholders to ensure that store operations meet IKEA’s safety standards, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), local legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and address safety and security hazards, process gaps, and implement preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Leadership in Safety & Security: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety operating procedures and systems that align with IKEA’s requirements and local legislation
• Training & Development: Provide expertise on and develop training materials for co-workers and external partners to ensure adherence to safety and risk management protocols. Oversee ongoing training and audits related to safety and compliance.
• Emergency Response Management: Ensure readiness for emergency situations by coordinating with the store’s Emergency Response Team. Lead crisis management and emergency response efforts in alignment with the store’s plans.
• Risk & Compliance Culture: Promote a safety-focused culture by raising awareness and driving action throughout the store. Educate and empower co-workers and external service providers on Ikano’s Code of Conduct, Anti-corruption & Bribery Policy, operational procedures, and relevant local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment, fostering a culture of transparency and ethical behavior.
• Audit & Incident Management: Lead incident investigations and work with relevant teams to resolve safety issues. Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (Sec Check, insurance reviews, Wecheck, etc.).
• External Agency Relations: Represent IKEA in communications with external agencies (e.g., Police, Fire Brigade, Security Services) and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes
  and requirements.
• Fraud Prevention: Identify areas of potential fraud and work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place to mitigate risks.
