Role Summary

The Test Lead for the Front Office OEMS(Order and Execution Management System) project is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities across the OEMS platform, ensuring functional accuracy, system stability, and regulatory compliance. Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks and deep experience in banking/financial systems. This role requires active involvement in scripting, framework enhancement, and test execution — not just team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation test frameworks using Java & Selenium
• Write and maintain automation scripts (hands-on coding required)
• Execute automated and manual test cases for banking applications
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders in Singapore
• Identify, track, and resolve defects using JIRA/ADO
• Ensure high test coverage and quality deliverables

Mandatory Requirements 

• 10+ years in software testing with recent hands-on automation experience
• Strong coding skills in Java + Selenium (minimum 3–5 years hands-on)
• Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Automation Framework design
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domain
• Currently working in a hands-on automation role (not only managerial)
• Must be available for onsite work in Singapore

Preferred Skills

• Experience with T24 / Wealth Management / Trading systems
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
• SQL knowledge for backend validation

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Software Systems, or related field

QA Governance

Test Planning andManagement:

·       Define test strategy,scope, and approach for projects and releases

·       Develop and manage QA &UAT test plans, test cycles, and test matrices

·       Perform test effortestimation for QA and UAT, including resource demand planning

·       Identify testingdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans with stakeholders

·       Define and track QA metricsto measure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

·       Drive continuousimprovement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies

TestExecution& Delivery Management:

·       Manage and oversee execution of test plans, cycles,and defect management

·       Coordinate QA and UAT activities with project teamsand business users

·       Ensure test results are accurate, consistent, andmeet quality standards

·       Supportbusiness readiness and production/live deployment activities

People &Capability Management:

·       Train, coach, and onboardnew QA resources
