Responsibilities:

. Manage, maintain and continually improve the existing ISO 9001 / 14001 QMS, 13485 EMS and Business Excellence

(SQC)

. Coordinate with internal teams on investigation of customer complaint on product quality and internal non-

conformance, including corrective actions.

. Provide timely response to customer on quality matters including product quality complaint.

· Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.

. Handle customer claims, quality issues. Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department on all non-

conformances reports.

. Responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers on non-conformance activities as well as performing root

cause analysis and determining of the effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate

Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Effective Problem Solving (EPS) is accountable and responsible for multiple enterprise critical initiatives:

• System Level Process Owner (SLPO) for the EPS QMS Process
  Serve as the SLPO for Micron’s Effective Problem Solving (EPS) process.  This role is accountable for its effectiveness, compliance, and continual improvement across the global Micron network inclusive of all manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes, products and services. In addition, this role is audited both internally and externally and provides key support for customer audits.

• Owner of the Global Quality Escalation Process
  Own and govern the global Quality Escalation process to ensure significant quality events are escalated to executive leadership in a timely manner, minimizing impact to customers and the supply chain. This includes close partnership with Supply Chain, Customer Quality Engineering (CQE), Quality and Reliability Assurance (QRA), Various Engineering functions and manufacturing sites to ensure that issues are getting the right level of attention required for fast resolution.

• Operational Excellence (OE) Big Rock Program Leadership
  Serve as the owner and primary driver of the Operational Excellence Big Rock, a global program sponsored by key leadership to focus on reducing operational errors. The role requires a strong strategic and data driven approach, the ability to engage multiple manufacturing and nonmanufacturing stakeholders to drive systemic, cross functional improvements.

• Global Team Leadership
  Lead and develop a global team of six engineers responsible for key facets of the EPS process.  These include Material Review Board (MRB), Return Material Authorization (RMA), and Nonconforming Material standards and business process governance.

• AI Enabled Problem Solving Transformation
  You will define and drive the EPS AI roadmap. This includes: establishing a clear EPS AI vision and roadmap for AI solutions, prioritizing and delivering high value AI use cases. Establish strong cross functional collaboration with EPS stakeholders and partner teams for integration and resourcing.  You should have a strong desire for AI capability and knowledge and be able to drive an AI driven problem-solving process in Micron.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations

• Strong hands-on experience with problem solving and driving large global programs

• Proven people leadership experience (manager-of-managers or senior IC leadership)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or complex global operations

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

• Track record of driving systemic, sustainable high impact improvements (not just event closure)

Audit Program Management

• Manage the execution of annual social audits globally through third-party firms.

Remediation & Corrective Action Oversight

• Manage corrective action plan (CAP) with suppliers, following up timely and effective remediation.
• Engage directly with suppliers to ensure remediation of labor violations (e.g., excessive hours, health and safety violations, or unsafe working conditions).
• Escalate severe or systemic issues to Sr. Director, Responsible Sourcing and Sourcing teams with clear risk assessments and suggested approach.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain centralized audit database (TrusTrace) and KPIs on social compliance performance.
• Analyze and prepare reports on non-compliance rates, remediation timelines, and audit coverage for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency in reporting and communication of compliance activities.
• Responsible for accurate supplier data collection, analysis, and reporting (social compliance, etc.) to support Tapestry’s public reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Support disclosures to external raters/rankers, or internal ESG reporting frameworks.
• Research, assess, and implement industry best practices around supply chain social compliance issues, trends, and regulatory and certification requirements.

Supplier Training & Capability Building

• In partnership with Sr. Director, Responsible Sourcing, develop and roll out social compliance training for suppliers and internal teams.
• Support the integration of grievance mechanisms and worker engagement tools at the factory level.
• Enforce Tapestry’s Supplier Code of Conduct across the value chain for vendors we procure products and services, including contractors, joint venture partners and suppliers of goods and services.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with internal stakeholders (i.e. sourcing, legal, etc.) to embed social compliance in operations, drive the success of the program, and contribute to broader Tapestry ESG goals.

As Senior Manager of Design DQA, you will lead a team responsible for shift-left, preventive quality and reliability activities related to Design and Live Die Reliability. You and your team will identify New, Unique, Difficult, and Different (NUDD) design and live die risks for each product in the DRAM portfolio and drive cross-functional teams to validate and mitigate identified risks prior to qualification. Your team will also analyze design live die related qualification failures, customer issues, and internal escalations to identify gaps in our existing processes and ensure that these gaps are addressed on existing and future products. You and your team will be the Design and Live Die subject matter experts (SMEs) for DEMQRA and GQ, and act as technical advisors for complex issues and assist in risk assessments for those issues. You’ll also create new or enhance existing processes, projects, and programs to strengthen preventive DRAM Design and Live Die quality and reliability at Micron.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Technology Development, and TSE to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential Quality and Reliability risks related to new Designs

· Lead worldwide team of Design Development Quality engineers in support of the entire DRAM portfolio from design start through Qual and NPI

· Initiate and drive projects to accelerate deliverable timelines, and minimize material and engineering resources required for data collection

· Lead by example in application of AI to your team’s roles and responsibilities to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness

· Enhance business processes associated with Design and Live Die NUDDs and QRITs

· Define live die reliability qualification requirements and judge results for compliance and acceptability

· Familiarity with CMOS transistor degradation mechanisms and conditions

· Strong ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and coordinate across teams in the semiconductor industry

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and team members across worldwide Micron sites

· Experience with semiconductor yield analysis tools, reliability assessments, or Wafer Level Reliability methodologies

· Knowledge of DRAM DC and AC specifications
