Job Responsibilities
- Perform CMM inspection using FARO / Hexagon Portable Arm.
- Read and interpret 3D CAD data and engineering drawings.
- Analyze measurement accuracy trends and perform simple modification/tuning on jigs when required.
- Conduct dimensional inspection and reporting for parts and assemblies.
- Ensure inspection results comply with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities related to jigs & fixtures.
Job Requirements
- Experience in using FARO / Hexagon Portable Arm CMM.
- Able to read and understand 3D data and engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge in jig & fixture setup, adjustment, and tuning.
- Familiar with dimensional measurement and quality inspection processes.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in automotive tooling/checking fixture industry is an advantage.
