Job Description:

• Provide technical support to customer service engineers and clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

• Perform hands-on software testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure performance and reliability

• Define, analyse, and optimise system performance specifications for semiconductor handler solutions

• Manage customer-specific projects, including planning, execution, and documentation

• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and contribute to product development initiatives

• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and insights based on testing and field experience

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Good understanding of semiconductor equipment and systems

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control is preferred

• Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems

• Experience with servo systems, electrical components, and devices (e.g. sensors, relays, temperature controllers) is an advantage

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros) is a plus

• Familiarity with optical inspection equipment in semiconductor environments is beneficial

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with regional teams
