Role Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operations across inventory, fulfilment, and process execution.

This is a hands-on role. You will be directly involved in:

• Picking and packing
• Container unloading

You will build the system first, then scale and manage it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Warehouse Execution (First 3–6 Months: 70–80% of role)

5. Team Leadership (Phase 2: After Systems Stabilise)

• Train and manage warehouse staff

• Process and verify customer orders from various e-commerce platforms (e.g.,

• Monitor order status and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.

Inventory& Warehouse Coordination

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, and labelling processes to meet quality standards.
• Assist in planning inventory replenishment based on order trends.

Logistics& Delivery Coordination

• Liaise with courier partners and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Reporting& Process Improvement

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment reports for management review.

• Timely placement of orders according to PAR level to avoid delays in material deliverables.
• Monitor and expedite delivery as and when required.
• Data Entry for billing to related Takagi Ramen/ Takagi Food/ Daichi Kitchen
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement:

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experienced in thriving and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience with a strong willingness to take initiative.
