Job Responsibilities:
Procurement and Manage on all materials assigned ensuring continuity and smooth of supply to production
Support MP & NPI Projects in sourcing, negotiation on most competitive prices with shortest material lead time
Support Engineering & Quote Team ensuring the prices are submitted accurately & on time
Manage and ensure active purchase items reflect latest approved target price in system
Drive suppliers OTD, overall performance and cost savings towards the KPI target
Upkeep and maintain Procurement Procedure in compliance with Corporate Policy and ISO Requirements.
Perform and attend to internal and external audits.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree or Diploma holder with relevant qualifications (Supply Chain, Procurement/Purchasing & Materials Management)
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
Conversant in MRP (Oracle) systems or similar
Proficient in MS Office
A good team player with good communication, good negotiation and strong analytical skills
Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work environment.
Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
Receive and verify incoming inventory deliveries.
Count and confirm inventory against delivery documentation.
Inspect inventory for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
Report errors, damages, or shortages to the relevant personnel.
Mark and label stock accurately for identification and tracking.
Store inventory in an organized and easily accessible manner.
Load, stack, and wrap stock securely on pallets.
Build and move palletized loads using a forklift.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Physically fit; able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads (typically between 5 kg and 20 kg)
Proficient in operating a forklift.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrates good character, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Consistent work history with strong attendance and punctuality.
Willing and able to work extended hours when required.
