Job Purpose

To provide accurate and timely data entry support for all store and inventory transactions related to Earth Retaining Systems (ERSS)materials, equipment, tools, and project resources, ensuring proper inventory control and record management.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform daily data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments into the ERP/inventory management system.

·       Maintain accurate records of ERSS materials, including steel struts, walers, sheet piles, beams, equipment, tools, and consumables.

·       Verify and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, and other inventory documents.

·       Update inventory movement records for project sites and store locations.

·       Assist in tracking material allocation, return of materials, and equipment utilization across projects.

·       Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and inventory status updates as required.

·       Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits by reconciling physical stock with system records.

·       Ensure proper filing and maintenance of store documents and inventory records.

·       Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Logistics ,and Store personnel to ensure accurate inventory information.

·       Report inventory discrepancies, data errors, or abnormal stock movements to the Store Manager.

·       Comply with company procedures, inventory control policies, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data entry, inventory control, store administration, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or ERSS-related industries will be an advantage.

This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be trained to analyze inventory data to support effective inventory management, cost control, and operational decision-making. He/she will learn to ensure data accuracy across ERP systems, monitors inventory performance, identifies trends in consumption, excess, and obsolescence, and learn to deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Exposure working cross-functionally with operations, materials, warehouse, and finance teams to improve inventory health, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Process Improvement & Data Standardization: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or data inconsistencies in inventory processes and collaborate with planning, warehouse, and finance teams to improve data integrity and process robustness.

• Audit & Compliance Support: Provide inventory data, analysis, and documentation required for internal and external audits, including SOX, inventory waivers, and compliance reviews.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

Metric Management

• Drive and align the FE Production team on critical reports for Line Management, Inventory Management and Cycle time.

• Own and maintain the Global Inventory Metrics, Business processes and Reports.

• Consolidate Fab Metrics performance and roll up for executive metrics update.

• Partner with sites closely to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan.

Optimize the Inventory and Line Performance for the FE Network

• Able to analyze line performance and provide line direction through concept of Line Management and Inventory Management to meet NPI business plan.

• Fluent in the basic concept of weekly wafer starts and wafer outs business process.

• Forecast potential roadblocks in NPI inventory management and develop mitigation plans with the site NPI Managers.

• Collaborate with Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI metrics (wafers starts, wafer out, samples delivery, cycle time)

• Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/ probe area efficiency and productivity.

• Develop manufacturing science concepts to NPI line management and NPI inventory scheduling.

• Participate in the WW SIC forums, facilitate NPI network meetings and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network.

Supply Chain Management

• Maintain open and regular two-way communication with Supply Chain teams to understand upcoming Die Mix and Pull-in changes

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Technology relating to Logs Operations, eg. PDA, PC, Logistics tracking system, Retail POS operation.

· Whole range of logs operations and supply chain related to retail business.

· Liaison with warehouse and suppliers.

· Online business and logs operations.

· Able to perform various forms of analysis – sales, inventory, ordering patterns, damage, wastage, losses, turn-over, etc.

· Able to perform physical receiving functions including storage, re-stacking, proper physical inspection against documentation/ correct quantity, expiry checks.

· Able to perform system receiving functions from various suppliers using diff modes.

· Able to perform packing functions including completion and/or updating of necessary paperwork and system requirements.

· Able to perform spot checks and to support stock-takes and to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Comply with all relevant health, safety and company regulatory rules and standards.

· Correct and appropriate use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and tools.

· Adequately apply store FIFO and other principles.

Ordering, Expiry & Inventory Management

· Able to analysis stock requirements and holding.

· Able to adequately support / perform various modes of ordering.

· Obtain information about products/materials to be procured by speaking with suppliers, making phone calls and reading brochures and trade publications.

· Obtain relevant information on regulations and standards and comply with all aspects relating to goods receipt, checking process of the Company.

· Search system and ordering databases to find quantities in stock, SKUs /parts numbers.

· Ability to communicate inventory management policies and procedures.

· Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or computerised inventory systems.

· Able to review inventory reports (quantity, type and pricing and stock on hand).

· Able to understand and process ordering.

· Comply with all relevant SOPS, health and safety standards.

· Strong understanding of company procedures.

REQUIREMENT

· Diploma, preferably in Business Studies, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail or Technical Studies.

· Strong in customer service.

· With soft skills experience, including proficiency in Word & Excel

· Able to train and supervise new staff.
