About The Role 

We are looking for a Manager, Procurement (Contracts and Tender) to play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing and commercial value across our Facilities Management, FM services and projects.

• This role will be based in Singapore

• Manage, centralize and prepare financial performance reviews for the region and budget presentation.
• Own the credit management process, contribute to the ageing balance monitoring and support category managers in payment collection.
• Create dashboard and reporting on ageing balance.
• Monitor suppliers‘ dependency and their financial rating.

4. Digital Solution Deployment andManagement Asia

• Deployment of Procurement digital strategies and solutions related to closing the procure-to-pay (P2P) loop.
• Manage hotel and supplier onboarding with P2P solution provider(s).
• Co-ordinate with I.T., Operations, Suppliers and Digital partner to support optimizing onboarding process and change management.
• Prepare and present reports to management.

5. Administration and business process

• Own the procurement administration and processes. Ensure that all documentation are organized, up to date and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Manage and centralize the procurement supplier and contract database. Create and provide reporting on main KPIs.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of group processes. Ensure the department is in line with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with specialization in Procurement or Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations, providing coaching, direction, and escalation support to ensure effective execution and team development.
• Drive procurement KPI performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), delinquency, push/pull/cancel actions, late release, and purchase price variance (PPV), aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, including supplier selection, development, consolidation, and implementation of strategic supplier initiatives.
• Lead Global Purchase Family or Regional Commodity sourcing activities, with full accountability for sourcing decisions, material deflation targets, and alignment with global and regional strategies.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance expectations are met across cost, quality, delivery, and risk; lead corrective action and supplier improvement initiatives as required.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve quality, fulfillment, productivity, and cost objectives while managing contractual and commercial risk.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, services, and supplies necessary to support manufacturing and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Analyze market conditions, cost drivers, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends to inform sourcing decisions and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to support supplier qualification, NPI activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review bid packages, and coach procurement team members on sourcing strategies, negotiations, and supplier engagement as needed.
• Support cross-functional and business initiatives as assigned, including special projects aligned with supply chain and operational excellence goals.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years of procurement /supply chain experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing, OEM or aerospace environment
• Experience managing ~USD100M in direct spend with a proven track record of ~5% cost savings.
• Managed 50–100 suppliers across multiple countries

Job Summary

Lead and manage warehouse operations at a new 2500ft facility, overseeing inventory, logistics, and distribution to support local and export food manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse procedures for inventory management, product check-in/check-out, and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency
• Prepare daily sales orders and coordinate timely dispatch for driver pickup of frozen meat products
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor and adjust stock levels to meet daily operational demands
• Oversee logistics activities and coordinate warehouse operations to support distribution services for local Singapore customers
• Manage warehouse activities 5-6 days per week, adapting workflows to meet operational needs
• Lead process improvements and support growth initiatives for the new logistics and export company through effective warehouse management

Required competencies and certifications

• Manage warehouse or product receiving operations with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Hold a Class-3 Driver’s License to operate company vehicles as required
• Experience operating forklift, stacker truck

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed secondary school equivalent education
