Reporting to the GM, the Operations Executive/ AM’s primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure smooth day to day operations of the company, and support the company to hit growth targets and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory

• Update, maintain and keep accurate inventory records in system on a consistent basis.
• Monitor stock depletion and manage weekly stock withdrawals from external (bonded) warehouse and propose purchase requisition from suppliers to ensure optimal stock level at all times.
• Process internal stock transfers.

The Retail Operations Manager will work in close partnership with all key stakeholders, to support the Retail Manager in the follow-through and execution of all retail strategies and initiatives across Singapore stores, in order to achieve set commercial targets and operational excellence.

Retail Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis

• Support the Retail Manager in tracking all relevant retail KPIs

Warehouse Operations Manager (Hands-On Build Phase)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operations across inventory, fulfilment, and process execution.

This is a hands-on role. You will be directly involved in:

• Picking and packing
• Container unloading
• Stock organisation
• System execution

You will build the system first, then scale and manage it.
