About The Role

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Central Purchasing and Contract Management), you are required to be directly involved in contract transition activities, pricing setup, demand planning, central purchasing operations, and monitoring of stock health and supplier delivery performance. • Responsible for SAP Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) setup for ALPS Central Warehouse, recommend and propose appropriate MRP parameters to ensure optimized inventory replenishment.
• Responsible for SAP Master Data Setup, including maintenance of Price List, Purchasing Data, MRP parameters, storage location, purchasing order, Purchase Info Record (PIR), Schedule Agreement (SA) and PO etc.
• Responsible for operationalizing contract cycle transition, brand change, price change etc and timely launch of purchasing process to secure stock availability at CWH upon contract commencement.

• Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Access, Microsoft 365.
• Prior experience in material and inventory planning and strong understanding of MRP methodology is required.
• Hands on experience in SAP MM or WM/SD module will be a plus.
• Fresh Graduates with strong analytical and numerical skills are welcome to apply.
