Responsibilities: -

1. Ensure integrity of all inventories in warehouse

2. Monitor, maintain, and report all product movements (receipt, dispatch, storage)

3. Supervise all inventory-related functions

4. Identify and investigate stock discrepancies

5. Manage daily cycle counts and location checks to maintain inventory accuracy

6. Coordinate and manage stock takes (scheduling, procedures, resources, reconciliation)

7. Perform physical inventory counts

8. Maintain WMS databases

9. Review and improve systems and procedures to enhance inventory accuracy

10. Ensure the Inventory Team complies with company and site procedures

11. Monitor and achieve site KPIs

12. Recommend process improvements to reduce costs without affecting service levels

14. Train staff on inventory control concepts and improvement methods

16. Manage performance of direct reports

Requirements: -

• Min Degree in any relevant course

• Min 3yrs exp in warehousing inventory management (Eg; LEAN, Kaizen knowledge)

• Min 3 year experience people management skills from 3PL industry

• Proven ability to implement change and or procedures that result in business and operations improvements, preferably with inventory management focus
