Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities within an IT System Integration (SI) environment. The role involves procuring hardware, software, and IT services while ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure IT products such as hardware, software licenses, and networking equipment to meet project and operational requirements
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings and value for the company
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of procurement needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and finance to clarify procurement specifications and timelines
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and distributors to support ongoing supply chain reliability
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning to prevent shortages and optimize resource availability
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contract terms, and audit standards to mitigate risks
- Manage procurement documentation including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes to maintain accurate records
- Resolve supply chain or delivery issues by liaising with vendors to minimize disruptions and delays

- Knowledge of IT procurement processes and software licensing models to support accurate purchasing decisions
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and address procurement challenges
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT or system integration.
- Familiarity with IT products and vendors is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
