Role Overview
My clients are seeking a highly driven and adaptable professional to manage end-to-end operational and supply chain activities. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of processes, and effectively coordinate across suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities including procurement, purchase order processing, and supply chain coordination.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor and fulfil customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and analyse regular market updates, purchasing performance, and supply trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain and manage contractual relationships with stakeholders including suppliers and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within supply chain or the rubber industry.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to take on evolving responsibilities and work structures.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, drive, and initiative.
