Job Description:
- Coordinate planning activities by sharing demand projections and updates with vendors to support production timelines
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and address any delays or supply gaps
- Oversee and close out operational issues such as product quality concerns, return processes, and documentation discrepancies
- Ensure information within systems is kept accurate and aligned with internal guidelines
- Track stock levels and support efforts to maintain a balanced inventory position
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or materials coordination, ideally within a production environment
- Exposure to manufacturing operations
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
