Sourcing for materials, equipment or supplies, Requesting for comparative quotations
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Preparing purchase orders to suppliers and maintaining purchase order records
Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on delivery of goods, ensure goods received in proper condition at the warehouse
Coordinate and handle shipments from overseas, liaising with forwarding agent
