Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics through effective controls
Execute system transactions (e.g., adjustments, transfers, receipts) accurately and in a timely manner
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
Serve as the main point of contact for inventory-related matters, including the annual stock count
Support project implementation by tracking progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Prepare project status reports and management presentations
Ensure compliance to internal controls and established inventory processes
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage
