The Warehouse Associate is to perform a variety of routine, repetitive, physical and administrative tasks in the production warehouse involving one or more of the following:  receiving, putting away, storing, staging, kitting, picking, packing and shipping of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, label control, handling unit, lot control or serial control.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Shipping - Outbound shipment packing for forwarders collection; stock counting; housekeeping
• Put away - Put away of raw materials/parts to designated location and perform system transaction into ERP system; stock counting and housekeeping
• Parts Issuance - Part issuance and replenish of raw materials/parts to Production Supply Area and perform system transaction into ERP system; stock counting; housekeeping
• Receiving - Receive and count of raw material and update into ERP system within 24 hours from time of acceptance from suppliers; housekeeping

• Experience using radio frequency equipment, a plus
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow written instructions in English
• Basic math, problem solving and computer skills
• May need to lift items of up to 15 lbs., sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
• A positive team player

The Supply Assurance Buyer ensures assurance of material supply at the right time, quantity and quality to meet production needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensure supplier delivery commitment meet production requirement
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs
• Manage and resolve quality notification, change request, supplier returns, good receipts and invoice discrepancies in timely manner
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies
• Experience in Manufacturing environment
• Possess good computer skills including MS Office and strong in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable of SAP ERP will be advantageous
