The role

You will be the first dedicated sales hire at Social Sprinkles. You'll own the entire acquisition function: building the pipeline from scratch, shaping how we pitch and close, and growing our client base across Singapore. Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients across Singapore
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies tailored to different client segments and industries
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand each client's business challenges and growth objectives
• Present and position Social Sprinkles' social media and marketing services to key decision-makers

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space utilization to meet revenue targets.
