·      Coordinate with official caterers to ensure seamless execution of catering set-ups.

·      Assist in developing and managing outsourcing contracts.

·      Serve as the liaison for ticketing matters with appointed ticketing agents.

·      Support ticket sales inquiries and refund requests.

·      Generate daily ticket sales reports and other finance-related reports for events.

·      Assist in managing and updating the website and social media platforms.

·      Monitor and manage the departmental budget.

·      Handle procurement of departmental items.

·      Address feedback from patrons and hirers professionally.

·      Assist in managing guided tour bookings and conducting tours.

·      Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

·      Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

·      Diploma or higher in Events Management, Marketing, or related discipline.

·      3-5 years of relevant experience in venue operations, front-of-house, or customer service.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·      Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

·      Ability to lead and manage a team of casual staff.

·      Willingness to work irregular hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
