Key Responsibilities:

• Print and sort shipping labels accurately and efficiently on a daily basis

• Match printed labels with the correct products/orders to ensure order accuracy

• Verify that stock picked corresponds correctly with shipping labels before packing

• Identify and flag discrepancies in orders or inventory for immediate resolution

• Assist in packing and preparing orders for shipment (when required)

• Maintain proper organisation of labels, orders, and workspace

• Support general warehouse operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high order volumes

• Responsible, organised, and able to follow processes closely

About the Role

This is an entry-level role for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in audiovisual (AV) event operations.

You will support the preparation, setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for corporate events, exhibitions, webcasts, livestreams, and rentals across Singapore.

This role involves both warehouse-based work and on-site event support, and is suited for individuals who are comfortable with practical, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Preparation

• Prepare equipment for upcoming jobs based on packing lists and job sheets
• Test, clean, label, pack, and stage equipment
• Ensure cables, accessories, adapters, and power distribution items are complete
• Report damaged, faulty, or missing equipment
• Support stock organisation and equipment readiness

Delivery & Logistics Support

• Load and unload equipment safely
• Support delivery, collection, and movement of equipment
• Handle equipment such as displays, projectors, speakers, lighting, and cases carefully
• Assist with packing vehicles for efficient deployment

On-Site Event Support

• Assist with setup, testing, operation, and teardown of AV systems
• Run cables neatly and safely
• Support audio, video, lighting, and display systems
• Assist with basic troubleshooting during setup and events
• Follow instructions from team leads and project managers

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules when required
• Able to work both in a warehouse and at event sites
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic familiarity with AV equipment or event work
• Experience in logistics, technical support, or hands-on roles
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence

Job Scope

We are looking for two proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Event Ticketing & Marketplace Sales Assistants. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales, supporting event operations, and ensuring smooth coordination in the lead-up to a major event happening in July 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate group ticket sales through outreach, cold calls, and engagement with communities, corporates, and government organisations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
