Key Responsibilities – to be trained and involve in:
- Event planning and implementation
- Coordinating with supplier or contractor
- Related business development activities of company event and function
- Video editing and post-production after event/activities
- Coordinating manpower requirements for event, liaising with internal department on production of marketing tools to promote the event
- Assist in designing layout and visual content for social media platforms to support marketing and event promotions
Qualifications
- Diploma or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a major in communications, commerce or marketing
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to write in English and Mandarin, and able to understand Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to travel
- Attention to details
- Able to work as part of the team
